The minimum payment amount is the minimal sum that your customer can pay you at a given moment. Currently, it’s about $2 for one half of the coins that we support and about $3-5 for another.
There are no limits!
Let’s say you decided not to use a crypto payment gateway and simply placed your Bitcoin address on your online store. Here’s how it will look like, and how NOWPayments solves each of these problems:
- You will have to count every item’s price in Bitcoin according to the current rate. Given that the BTC price can drop or gain 25%+ within one week, you’ll have to constantly change the pricing for hundreds of items manually to keep your buyers interested. NOWPayments counts the price automatically according to a price in USD that you set.
Yes, we do! Any kind of hardware wallets, be it Ledger, Trezor, Ballet, or even paper wallets (which are not hardware, but cold wallets that we also support). You will receive your funds even if the wallet is offline.
You can add one cryptocurrency wallet for each of the coins and tokens we support. The number of supported assets is now slightly over 70: see the full list here. It includes major coins such as BTC and ETH, popular peer-to-peer payment currencies like Dash, Verge, and DigiByte, security coins such as ZCash and Monero, and many others. New coins are added quite often: we’ve listed over 20 new cryptocurrencies in the past 6 months.

You can view your past payments both in the Dashboard and the Payment sections of your Account. The Dashboard shows only the very latest payments, and you can’t filter their display. In the Payment section, you can see the full list of payments and filter them by currency, amount, and other parameters.
Sometimes payments may fail due to various reasons: the amount sent is less than a minimal one, a customer sends funds to a wrong network or chooses a wrong asset. In all these cases we do our best to refund our merchants. Here you can find more information on what you should do to get a refund.
