How can I reset my password?

Forgetting your NOWPayments Account password doesn’t have any serious consequences: you can easily reset it. Here’s the flow:

1. Head on to the Login page.
2. Click “Reset password”:

3. Enter your email to reset the password. We will send you the reset link there.

4. Click “Reset password” button in the email. Please note that it will only be active for 24 hours.
5. Create a new password, enter it, and confirm:
   Please create a strong password with numbers and capitals. Save it in a secure place to access it when needed.

That’s it! To protect your account even better, add the two-step authentication (2FA) in the Account Settings. When you enter NOWPayments from a new device, it will require a security key or code in addition to your password.
