Extract from the register of legal entities (not older than 3 months) License (if applicable) (copy of valid Business License permitting the company to conduct business within relevant jurisdiction) If company is licensed - policy or procedure describing company's internal controls designed to mitigate the risk of money laundering, terrorism financing and fraud. Document(s) displaying a source(s) of company funds (documented evidence showing funds are being generated): company bank account extract, annual report, real estate sale agreement, shares sale agreement etc. Document(s) establishing source of wealth of your company’s beneficial owner(s), i.e. investment/savings certificates, proof of inheritance, property sale deed documentation, etc. Notarized extract where all UBOs and the director of the company are indicated
