More users can now use NOWPayments in their preferred language. Portuguese and Spanish speakers can navigate tools, manage accounts, and process payments without language barriers.
Account Management Made Smoother
What’s changed:
Several improvements make your account easier to set up and use:
- Fixed registration issues
- Added a new account nickname that appears in your dashboard (up to 15 characters)
- Made Company name and Store details optional, you can leave them empty
- All profile fields now accept Latin letters, dots, underscores, and hyphens
- Set clear 25-character limits for Company name and Store details

You now have more control over how your account looks and feels. The new nickname makes it easier to identify different accounts, and flexible profile fields mean you can set things up exactly how you want.
New Tools That Save You Time

Two updates make your daily work faster:
- Data saving on Mass Payouts: When creating payouts manually, your entered information (payment coin, address, and amount) now saves if you refresh the page. No more retyping everything!
- PDF payment receipts: You can now download professional receipts for Finished and Partially Paid payments. Each receipt shows your account ID, company name, payment details, and transaction status. If funds went to Custody, it clearly shows “Internal transfer.”

Less retyping means fewer errors, and having official PDF receipts makes record-keeping and accounting much easier.
Clearer Information Everywhere You Look

We’ve made several improvements so you always know what’s happening:
- New notification system: Small pop-up messages now confirm your actions in Profile info (like “Changes saved successfully”). More sections will get these soon.
- Redesigned contact forms: All contact-us forms across the website have a fresh new look. We simplified turnover options, added character limits, and created a new step where you can choose your preferred contact method (Telegram, WhatsApp, or LinkedIn) with format-specific fields.
- Improved Custody transactions: Added a new “Top-ups” tab and updated payment creation pop-ups so everything makes logical sense.
- Smarter “Try it Now”: The pop-up now stops appearing after you close it with the X.

When you understand what’s happening, you work with more confidence. Clear notifications, better-organized sections, and smarter pop-ups mean less confusion and fewer questions.
Updated USDT TRC20 Zero-Fee Promotion
What’s changed:
The special offer for new partners has been updated to be more targeted:
